How high should my patio heater be fixed?

The height at which you should install your ceiling mounted patio heater varies from model to model. Some of our ceiling mounted patio heaters come with a 60 cm long chain in which they hang from the ceiling. If your ceiling height, for instance, is 220 cm, you would be able to operate the patio heater at a height of 1.6 metres.

As a rule of thumb, you should always mount the heater so it hangs directly above your seated guests, which enables you to utilise the heat output most efficiently.

Can you use a patio heater indoors?

Ceiling mounted electric patio heaters can be used both indoors and outdoors. If you,
for instance, need a little extra warmth in your sunroom, it would make sense to install a ceiling mounted patio heater. In addition to the heaters providing extra warmth, they can also function as a cosy element within such a room.
